Environmental Manager at VCNA

Drive sustainable practices as an Environmental Manager at Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA). You'll oversee environmental compliance, policies, and initiatives while engaging with local agencies and communities. In this leadership role, you will develop and implement environmental strategies in alignment with VCNA’s commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include obtaining necessary permits, managing environmental reports, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure production compliance. By promoting sustainability, you will enhance operation practices and assist in the ISO 14001 certification process. Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain permits and prepare environmental reports
- Develop compliance strategies and action plans
- Manage environmental KPIs with production teams
- Liaise with community on environmental concerns
- Conduct audits and report environmental performance
- Experience in environmental management and compliance
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 standards
