Software Engineer for Developer Experience

This role is integral to the platform infrastructure team, where you’ll develop tools that optimize engineering workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and more. With over 3 years of experience in software development and infrastructure engineering, you will focus on reducing friction in developer processes and ensuring smooth software delivery within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance tools for engineering efficiency
• Own implementation of features from design to production
• Address friction in developer workflows using data
• Help ensure scalability of our AWS-based infrastructure
• Collaborate with product and security teams to align goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Software Development or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Ruby or Golang
• Familiarity with AWS and Infrastructure as Code practices
• Experience with CI/CD and observability tools
