Job Summary
The Rentals Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in the management and operation of our rental equipment warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing rental equipment and materials. You will ensure that all rental items are well-maintained, accurately inventoried, and promptly prepared for delivery or pickup.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process rental equipment (unload, inspect, store)
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and complete rental orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, ship)
- Ensure all rental equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in working condition before and after rentals
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment safely
- Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report any equipment malfunctions or discrepancies
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
