Remote Financial Reporting Analyst SQL

Use SQL and Power BI as a fully remote Financial Reporting Analyst, transforming complex data into insights with occasional office visits.
TRS Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a railway services and project solutions company. This Financial Reporting Analyst works across Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams. The position focuses on financial reporting, data analysis, reporting systems, and business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, transform, analyze, and validate data using SQL
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Partner across Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams
- Promote reporting practices, data quality, and governance requirements
- Support users through training and reporting guidance
Requirements:
- Minimum four years in financial reporting or related analytical functions
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems
- Advanced Power BI or similar business intelligence experience
- Ability to compile full financial reports
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
