Home Support Worker Position Available
Private Household
Become a critical support for clients in their homes as a Home Support Worker. This role involves personal care, companionship, and meal preparation, accommodating various schedules including mornings and weekends. As a Home Support Worker, you will work on-site and provide essential services such as administering medication and assisting clients with hygiene and exercise. This role requires flexibility in shifts and offers a competitive hourly wage. Your primary focus will be ensuring clients receive compassionate and personalized care. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer bedside and personal client care
- Assist clients with bathing and hygiene tasks
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals daily
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Secondary school graduation certificate required
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English or French
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Must work on-site at the employer's home
