Housekeeper / Household & Office Assistant We are looking for a reliable, organized and proactive Housekeeper / Household & Office Assistant for a long-term position, approximately 5 days per week. The position would generally involve 3 days at a private residence and 2 days at an office, although the schedule may vary depending on needs. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping spaces clean, organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities Home

• General household cleaning and upkeep
• Keeping the home tidy and organized
• Laundry, including washing, drying, folding and putting clothing/linens away
• Cleaning and organizing the refrigerator and pantry, including monitoring expired items and keeping both orderly
• Cooking and meal preparation
• Occasional grocery shopping and restocking household essentials
• Picking up and dropping off dry cleaning
• Keeping the garage clean, tidy and organized
• General household errands as needed
• Identifying things that need attention and taking initiative rather than waiting to be asked

Office

• General cleaning and upkeep of the office
• Keeping common areas, kitchen and other spaces clean and organized
• Organizing and restocking supplies
• Light errands and other general assistance as required

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence is required
• A vehicle can be provided for work-related errands
• Previous housekeeping, household assistant or similar experience preferred
• Comfortable with cooking and basic meal preparation
• Excellent cleaning and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and manage priorities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Discretion and respect for privacy are essential

Schedule Approximately 5 days per week, generally divided between 3 days at the residence and 2 days at the office, or a combination of the two depending on the week’s needs. We are looking for someone interested in a stable, long-term position who will take pride in caring for both the home and office environments.
