Position Overview: The Senior Veterinary Receptionist will be a vital ambassador of our clinic, embodying professionalism, compassion, and a deep dedication to animal welfare. Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome clients and their pets, creating a memorable first impression that reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries with precision, ensuring an efficient and streamlined process.
• Oversee front desk operations, including adeptly handling phone communications, client correspondence, and meticulous record-keeping.
• Collaborate seamlessly with veterinarians and staff to ensure an unparalleled client experience and operational excellence.
• Execute financial transactions with accuracy, including billing and payment processing, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Uphold the aesthetic and functional integrity of the reception area, reflecting our clinic's dedication to quality care.
• Mentor and develop junior reception staff, cultivating a culture of excellence and teamwork that inspires others.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a veterinary reception role or a related field, with a proven track record of excellence.
