Software Engineer II, Streaming Foundations

Responsibilities

Contribute to the team’s technical direction and roadmap for platform streaming capabilities.
Design and implement high-impact systems while owning features end-to-end from design through delivery.
Participate in architectural discussions focused on technical challenges, scalability, and platform evolution.
Collaborate with engineers across teams on cross-functional projects.
Improve system observability, reliability, scalability, and operational practices while sharing knowledge with teammates.

Requirements

At least 3 years of full-time software development experience.
Hands-on experience developing and tuning highly scalable, event-driven systems.
Solid understanding of database fundamentals and experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka.
Experience with Golang or Java is preferred.
Experience with TypeScript and React is an additional advantage.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker is an additional advantage.
Interest or familiarity in the Identity and Access Management domain is an additional advantage.
