The focus is on afternoon support, home organization, light cleaning, meal prep, and school pickup for our 4 yo. This is not a heavy housekeeping role or full childcare role — it’s a hybrid position focused on family logistics, home upkeep, and simplifying daily routines. Key Responsibilities: Home Organization & Light Housekeeping

• Daily “house reset” of main living areas (tidying, counters, dishes, entryways)
• Light cleaning (sweeping, wiping surfaces, managing kitchen cleanliness)
• Laundry support (wash, dry, fold; ensure clothes are put away correctly)
• Maintain household supplies and notify/ order when items need restocking

Meal & Food Preparation

• Prepping ingredients for weeknight dinners (chopping, marinating, assembling, roasting)
• Light cooking as needed (simple meals, slow-cooker prep, children’s snacks)
• Organizing fridge and pantry; maintaining food inventory

Child-Related Tasks

• School pickup of 4 year old at local school (1 km walk)
• Afternoon transition support: snacks, prep activities & light supervision, organizing school items
