Description
Ottawa Chinese Bible Church (OCBC) is inviting applications for a Summer Intern Youth Pastor to serve in our English Ministry. This position is ideal for seminary students in Canada seeking hands-on ministry experience in a local church setting during the summer.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a theological seminary in Canada
- A clear calling or interest in youth and/or children’s ministry
- In agreement with the Evangelical Free Church of Canada (EFCC) Statement of Faith
(Please refer to “What We Believe” under the “About” section on our website.) - Chinese language skills considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Preach in English during Sunday worship services
- Teach and lead Youth Sunday School and Youth Fellowship
- Support and provide guidance for Children’s Sunday School
- Serve as a teacher and help the preparation and coordination at Vacation Bible School (August 10–14, 2026) for children ages 4–12
- Provide spiritual care, mentorship, and support to children and youth

Compensation
$2,200–$2,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
