Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director to lead ERP supply chain and SAP technology platforms for the orthopedics business (DePuy Synthes). This role encompasses enterprise strategy, architecture, and operations across multiple SAP instances globally, with focus on supporting business separation and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations of SAP platforms across multiple instances
- Manage SAP instance consolidation, Day 1 separation activities, and TSA transition execution
- Establish SAP technology platform governance model including standards, budgets, and vendor management
- Transform supply chain, manufacturing, and quality ERP capabilities aligned with business priorities
- Build and develop high-performing global technology teams including internal, offshore, and partner resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 12-14 years progressive experience with enterprise SAP applications and platforms
- Demonstrated expertise leading SAP ECC, S/4, BTP, and satellite solution implementations
- Experience delivering SAP COE services including BASIS, ABAP development, and landscape management
- Track record leading large-scale global technology programs and SAP migrations
- Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent preferred
