Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bevel Operator to operate beveling machines and equipment used to prepare metal components for welding and fabrication. The ideal candidate should have good mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate beveling machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare pipes, plates, and metal components according to required specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines based on drawings, measurements, and job requirements.
• Inspect finished bevels for accuracy, dimensions, and quality.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and measuring tapes.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Follow production schedules and maintain required output levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Report equipment issues, defects, or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bevel Operator or in metal fabrication preferred.
• Experience operating industrial machinery and hand tools.
• Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when required.
