We’re looking for an SME Commercial Team Lead to join a dynamic team in Toronto . This role is perfect for a technical expert who enjoys coaching a team focused on Small-to-Medium Enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:
Team Coaching: Manage a team of SME specialists, providing technical guidance on policy wording and risk assessment.
Workflow Management: Ensure the efficient handling of renewals and new business within the SME unit.
Carrier Relations: Negotiate with insurance partners to secure the best coverage for small business clients.
Quality Control: Maintain high accuracy standards across all documentation and policy changes.
Desired Skills:
5+ years of commercial insurance experience with an SME focus.
Active RIBO license required.
Strong proficiency in Applied EPIC .
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
