With over 55 years of experience in the construction sector, Maple Reinders is searching for a qualified Senior Estimator to be part of the Civil Estimating team. Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Water/Wastewater project estimating or previous experience as a Project Manager. In this role, you will handle detailed cost estimations, mentor junior staff, and work closely with subcontractors to drive project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate detailed cost estimates and tender documentation
- Thoroughly review project specifications and requirements
- Obtain quotations by selecting suitable subcontractors
- Collaborate with senior managers for tender closures
- Assess risks and opportunities in project planning
- Minimum 7 years in Water/Wastewater construction estimation
- Bachelor’s Degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering
- Mechanical or Civil experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Project for scheduling tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
