2+ years of direct people management experience.
Strong understanding of best practices in digital marketing, particularly paid search, paid social, and affiliate. Working knowledge of SEO and LLM visibility.
Strong command of marketing unit economics and financial concepts such as LTV/CAC, with a solid understanding of marketing attribution and incrementality. Experience with Media Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus.
Experience owning or evaluating marketing technology, such as ad management, SEO monitoring, or attribution tooling.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.
Comfortable using AI tools in everyday marketing work, from testing and reporting to creative production.
