AI Delivery Architect for Developer Experience

7shifts is seeking an AI Delivery Engineer to join the Developer Experience squad. You will drive end-to-end delivery, shaping backend systems, data models, and agentic harnesses with AI at the core.
You’ll validate outputs with engineering judgment and mentor teammates to raise overall capability across a fast-moving, hybrid-work environment. You’ll work across teams to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions, ensuring high quality and scalable outcomes for a platform
