As our business grows, we are looking to hire a Window Sales Specialist that would take a customer-centric sales approach to guide contractors, builders and residential customers in selecting the right products for their projects. At Slack Lumber, we take pride in our work environment. Being an independent business, we provide a unique opportunity for self-motivated individuals to have the flexibility to provide quick solutions to customers.
· Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
· Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying potential leads and customers.
· Create precise and prompt quotes and estimates tailored to customer needs.
· Offer professional guidance on the selection of window products and installation services.
· Navigate customers through our diverse product range, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their projects.
· Efficiently manage customer transactions from quotation to sale, utilizing our tracking system for seamless order fulfillment and follow-up.
Qualifications: Education/Experience Requirements:
· 1 to 3 years previous sales experience, window sales experience is preferred.
· A general interest or previous experience in the construction industry.
· Experience or knowledge of related products and services .
Abilities/Skill Requirements:
· Exemplary presentation skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
· Strong communication and negotiation abilities that facilitate successful interactions.
· Consistent achievement of sales targets, demonstrating a strong sales acumen.
· Flexible work style, capable of thriving independently or collaboratively within a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, showcasing strong technical aptitude.
· Possession of a valid G Driver's license, ensuring reliable transportation and mobility.
