Explore your potential as a Lifestyle Rental Consultant with Skyline Living in Belleville, Ontario. This position focuses on engaging and qualifying tenants for rental suites while providing exceptional customer experiences. In the Lifestyle Rental Consultant role, you will engage with prospective residents, assist with rental applications, and showcase units in compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act. This flexible role can be tailored to fit either part-time or full-time commitments for a six-month contract. Strong communication skills and an ability to resolve issues are vital to enhancing tenant satisfaction and ensuring a seamless rental process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct unit showings and advertise available rentals
  • Check credit references and manage rent collection
  • Process applications and address phone inquiries
  • Communicate tenant issues to the Property Manager
  • Carry out move-in and move-out inspections comprehensively
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the Human Rights Code and Landlord Tenant Act
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Effective multitasking and organization abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving history
  • High school diploma or 5 years relevant experience
