The Opportunity
The Farmhouse is a brand new restaurant with Italian flair. We are looking for a Dishwasher at our Farmhouse location to round out the BOH team. Experience is not necessary – we are just looking for someone with the same passion for food and the hospitality industry as we have! The right candidate will have the opportunity to advance into other positions at one of Viaggio’s other award-winning restaurants.
What You’ll Do
- Govern safety and sanitization practices in the kitchen.
- Ensure clean kitchen and work area.
- Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses.
- Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use.
- Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use.
- Prepare takeout packages.
- Clean kitchen floors and storage areas, and take out the trash.
- Keep cupboards and storage area clean and organized.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, salt/pepper, and cutlery
