- Design and optimize Spark-based data pipelines
- Collaborate on sales compensation data structures
- Ensure reliability of data systems for multiple users
- Improve observability and production reliability
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Solid experience building data-intensive applications
- Knowledge of Spark or equivalent ETL frameworks
- Expertise in languages like Scala or Go
- Strong SQL and data management capability
- Understanding of complex, hierarchical datasets
