RBC is hiring an Insolvency Associate located in Mississauga, Canada. Engage with Department managers to oversee daily tasks inside the Recoveries and Insolvency teams while utilizing your analytical and negotiation skills. In this role, you will review reports, complete Risk Reports, and serve as a referral point for Insolvency Officers and third-party vendors. It’s crucial to apply due diligence and support a positive work setting, which encompasses collaboration and sharing of knowledge with colleagues. Key Responsibilities

Oversee workflow and enhance team productivity Prepare and analyze daily Risk Reports promptly Mitigate risk for delinquent and insolvent products Foster collaboration with internal and external partners Share knowledge and best practices across the team Requirements

Minimum 3 years in recovery or insolvency Detailed knowledge of RBC systems and services Skilled in Collection Highway and Bankruptcy Highway Robust prioritization and organizational skills Availability for shifts from 8am to 6pm Utilize your expertise to contribute significantly to RBC's success in insolvency management.
