Registered Nurse - Acute Respite Care (12-hour Shifts, 24/7)

Sherbourne Health in Toronto is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Acute Respite Care unit. This full-time role supports a 24/7 program serving people experiencing homelessness or under-housed, with a focus on short-term medical recuperation.
You will work within an interprofessional team, perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and help develop care plans. Evening, night, and weekend shifts are required.
