You will define the partner portfolio, build repeatable programs, and align cross-functional teams around engagement models and success metrics. 5+ years in partnerships, ecosystems, venture, or growth programs3+ years working with VC and PE ecosystemsLead complex cross-functional initiatives independentlyInfluence without direct authority and exercise strong judgmentExperience with program design or platform partnershipsBring ecosystem development, partnership strategy, and cross-functional leadership to Gusto's VC and PE growth motion.
