Clinical Data Management Lead USA or Canada

Everest Clinical Research

Become a Clinical Data Management Lead with Everest, based in Markham, Ontario or work remotely from anywhere in the USA. Drive data quality and team success in clinical trials.
This managerial role requires a dedicated and experienced professional with eleven years in clinical data management. You will provide operational leadership, manage client relationships, and mentor data management teams. Moreover, participation in budget planning and the development of systems to improve processes will be crucial in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage clinical trial programs efficiently
• Foster client relationships for ongoing collaboration
• Mentor team members and deliver thorough evaluations
• Control budget and resource utilization planning
• Implement standard operations for clinical data management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or similar area
• At least eleven years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership skills and systems integration expertise
• Excellent communication aptitudes
• Proven participation in improving data management control
