About you
You provide exceptional internal sales support to assigned Advisor(s) or Advisor teams and their clients through efficient, high-quality administrative and general support services. These services include presentation support, listing preparation, transaction administration, market analysis, social media strategy, and the coordination of promotional and post-sales marketing materials.
What you bring:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a related field; experience in commercial real estate or a similar industry is preferred
- A post-secondary diploma is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to coordinate and manage email communications, delegate tasks and ensure timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to oversee scheduling for meetings, appointments, and project deadlines to ensure efficient time management
- Experience with developing, coordinating and managing marketing collateral, including property brochures, email blasts, and social media content
- Knowledge of drafting and managing legal documents, including letters of intent, offers, commission agreements, and listing agreements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
