Chef Manager for Camp Operations

Pursue a rewarding role as Chef Manager, leading culinary services at a camp. Maintain high meal standards, ensure safety compliance, and enhance team operations during your 16 on/12 off timeframe.
As Chef Manager, you'll oversee food service management, menu planning, and team training. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence in kitchen, housekeeping, and customer relations. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are necessary to thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strict compliance with kitchen and service standards
• Develop and plan innovative menus for diverse clientele
• Oversee team performance across all service areas
• Monitor inventory and order supplies accordingly
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Must hold Culinary Red Seal Certification
• Minimum 5 years as a Head Chef experience
• Valid Advanced Food Safe Certification essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and make decisions
