Als Customer Support Agent (gn) bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Support-Teams und hilfst unseren Nutzer*innen telefonisch und per E-Mail bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Lernplattform weiter. Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Kund*innen stets das Beste aus ihrem Lernerlebnis herausholen können.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
Beantwortung eingehender Anfragen unserer Kund*innen via E-Mail und Telefon
Unterstützung bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Produkte, Abonnements oder Aktionen
Hilfestellung bei der Navigation auf unserer Website
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kund*innendaten sowie weitere administrative Tätigkeiten
Das bringst du mit:
Gutes Gespür für Menschen und deren Anliegen – du begegnest jedem Kundenkontakt mit Geduld, Klarheit und Freundlichkeit
Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache (Wort & Schrift), sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die interne Unternehmenskommunikation
Redegewandtheit und Freude an direktem Austausch mit Kund*innen
Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Internetaffinität und Interesse an digitalen Produkten
Begeisterung für unsere Mission, digitales Lernen voranzutreiben
Erfahrung im Servicebereich (vor Ort oder online) von Vorteil
