• Manage and lead design projects for hydraulic structures
• Perform dam safety reviews and technical assessments
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Support construction monitoring and coordination
• Foster client relationships and lead business development efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
• 15+ years of relevant design and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of seismic engineering principles
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Willingness to conduct site visits (20%)
