Software Development Leader — Agile Coach & Strategy

SOTI Inc

SOTI is seeking a Software Development Manager in Mississauga, Ontario. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive delivery, and shape software strategy in a hybrid work model.

You’ll mentor engineers, foster agile practices, and collaborate with product owners to align roadmaps with business goals. The ideal candidate has extensive software leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
