Senior Living PPC Manager

Lead paid media strategy for senior living clients using Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads remotely. Make budget decisions and explain performance clearly.
As PPC Manager, Senior Living at Blacksmith Agency, you own paid media for senior living operators and home care agencies. You will guide targeting, bidding, creative testing, and campaign decisions across multiple client accounts. Your work includes trusted conversion tracking through GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels. You will also shape roadmaps and client conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
- Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting
- Test creative and decide when campaigns should stop
- Maintain conversion tracking and attribution systems
- Build roadmaps and explain performance during client calls
Requirements:
- Three or more years hands-on Google Ads experience
- Three or more years hands-on Meta experience
- Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
