Vice President, Trade Finance at TD Securities

Lead innovative trade finance solutions as Vice President in TD Securities' Toronto office. Drive strategic initiatives, structuring complex transactions, and guidance in trade and working capital. This key leadership role requires a seasoned professional to manage complex Trade Finance and Working Capital transactions within TD Securities' Global Transaction Banking team. With 7-10+ years of relevant experience, you’ll analyze risks, present credit recommendations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also provide mentorship and foster collaboration across teams for effective execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Structure and evaluate Trade Finance and Working Capital transactions
- Prepare high-quality credit recommendations for committees
- Lead due diligence and client-focused activities
- Manage end-to-end execution of transactions
- Build strategic partnerships across internal departments
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 7-10+ years in Trade or Structured Finance
- Expertise in credit analysis and risk management
- Ability to lead negotiations on complex transactions
- Strong relationship management and leadership capacity
