Job Description
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, escalating when required
- Prioritize and manage support tickets based on impact and urgency
- Perform system checks, data validations and quality controls
- Support system upgrades, patches and configuration changes
- Use SQL to identify and resolve data issues
- Contribute to system enhancements, integrations and UAT
The Successful Applicant
- Hands-on experience supporting and administering Yardi, including ticket management and troubleshooting
- Experience using SQL to query data, apply filters and perform basic joins
- Strong working knowledge of Yardi core modules e.g. PayScan, Retail Manager,Forecast Manager etc
- Ability to use SQL for data analysis and issue resolution
- Exposure to system integrations and cross-functional workflows
