Technical Support Associate for Desktop EUC

Iron Systems, Inc

Become a Technical Support Associate in Desktop EUC Level 1, where customer service meets technical expertise. This role is focused on providing excellent support to clients and end users. You will leverage your customer-facing skills and IT knowledge to ensure seamless support experiences. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues, utilizing ITSM systems, and fostering positive client relationships. The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks will be key to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding support for desktop systems and mobile devices
Handle troubleshooting with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Engage with clients to build professional relationships
Manage hardware maintenance and upgrades as needed
Follow ethical workplace practices and conduct

Requirements:

Proficient with ITSM systems in a support context
Understanding of Microsoft Windows and related applications
Experience with desktop and mobile device support
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and configuration
Relevant IT certifications like CompTIA or Microsoft preferred
