• Coordinatingawiderangeofcorporatelearningprograms,includingscheduling,promotion,logistics,andfollow-uptoensurehigh-quality,well-organized,andaccessiblelearningexperiences.
• Supportingthecreation,formatting,anduploadof-elearningcontentandlearningmaterialsincollaborationwithsubjectmatterexperts.
• Supportingrecruitmentandselectionprocessesincludingpostingjobs,recruitmentpromotionandmedia,candidatecommunications,interviewcoordinationandparticipation,andpre-boardingandonboardingactivities.
• Providingcoordinationandsupportfortalentmanagementinitiatives,includingperformancemanagement,mentoringprograms,successionplanning,leadershipdevelopment,andemployeerecognition.
• Actingasakeypointofcontactforemployeesandleadersontalentandlearningandbuildingstrongrelationshipsacrosstheorganization;providingresponsiveprofessionalsupporttointernalandexternalstakeholders.

Thepreferredcandidateholds:

• UniversitydegreeinHumanResourcesorrelatedfieldandpost-secondarydiplomainHumanResources.
• Minimumoftwo(2)tothree(3)years’experienceinaHumanResourcesenvironmentwithadministrativeexperienceinabroadrangeofHRfunctionalactivities.Experienceinlearninganddevelopmentprogramsandinaunionizedenvironmentisanasset.
• CertifiedHumanResourcesProfessional(CHRP)designationorhigher-leveldesignationrequired.
• Knowledgeofandproficiencyusingavarietyoflearningmediasuchaselectronicpresentationformatsandtechnologies,integratedmultimediaandonlinelearningtechnologies,videoconferencingandin-houseclassroomdesign.
• Availabilitytoaccommodatedeadlinesandattendeveningand/orweekendmeetingsorothereventsasrequired.

Thewagerangeforthisupcomingnewandvacantcontractpositionis$38.27-$48.85perhour(basedona35-hourweek)andthesuccessfulcandidatewillbecompensatedwithinthisrange.
