Enhance digital service delivery with the Government of Alberta as a Senior Front End Designer. This mainly remote position focuses on creative design solutions and impactful digital transformation initiatives. In this contract role within the Digital Design and Delivery Division, you will design user-centered front-end solutions that respond to service needs. Your expertise will drive the migration towards contemporary digital services through wireframes, prototypes, and Agile collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centered front-end solutions for digital services
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for projects
- Participate actively in Agile project processes alongside teams
- Conduct usability tests to refine design effectiveness
- Ensure design accessibility meets relevant standards
- Minimum of 2 years as a Front End Designer
- Proficiency in creating UX design artifacts and prototypes
- Experience within Agile product teams
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD
