Deliverables
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance .NET applications within an Azure environment , translating business and product requirements into reliable technical solutions and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to developers, establishing coding standards, conducting peer/code reviews, guiding architectural decisions, and promoting engineering excellence across the development team.
- Design and improve cloud-native and microservices-based solutions using .NET and Microsoft Azure , incorporating DevOps, automation, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and modern software engineering practices throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to manage technical risks, delivery timelines, testing, documentation, requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Required
- 6–8+ years of professional software development experience , with strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem , ideally including C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and modern backend application development .
- Strong experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software architectures , particularly microservices, distributed systems, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud-native applications .
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure , ideally involving Azure application/platform services and deployment of production .NET applications into Azure environments.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automated build/deployment processes, source control, automated testing, code reviews, DevOps practices, and software quality standards .
- Four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline , or equivalent education, combined with proven experience mentoring developers, providing technical leadership, solving complex engineering problems, and managing technical deliverables .
