- Animer des ateliers de découverte sur Salesforce Agentforce
- Cartographier les processus utilisateurs et workflows
- Définir des personas d'agents et leurs tâches
- Traduire les résultats d'affaires en cartes de capacités
- Collaborer avec l'équipe d'ingénierie qualité pour les tests
- 5+ ans en analyse d'affaires ou conseil en processus
- Expérience avec Salesforce, notamment Agentforce
- Capacité à animer des ateliers avec diverses parties prenantes
- Compréhension des processus de développement Agile
- Résidence au Québec, Canada requise
