Role Overview
Revic is building an AI‑native sales acceleration engine and seeks an engineer to build reliable AI systems and data pipelines that automate sales workflows.
Core Problem
How do you build a true AI native system that’s reliable enough to handle million‑dollar enterprise deals?
Mission
- Collect, collate and make useful data from 50+ data sources such as CRM, public data, communication streams
- Design data pipelines that can handle terabytes of data reliably
- Design AI systems that can reason and act on messy data
- Build applications and data consumption mechanisms that elevate a seller’s life and maximize revenue instead of building a niche sales tech tool
- Balance accuracy, latency, and cost across thousands of concurrent agent runs
Qualifications
- 4+ years shipping production systems that scaled (not just survived)
- Obsessed with building the simplest possible solution for complex problems
- Measure progress by deployed features, not perfect plans
- Ability to abandon overengineered solutions when simpler alternatives appear
- Intellectually honest: question everything and explain complex systems to a five‑year‑old
- Energized by problems others consider impossible

- Unified data from 10+ disparate sources into coherent streams
- Built systems that made autonomous decisions
- Understood that “prompt engineering” is not engineering
- Debugged distributed systems at 3am and enjoyed it
