Live In Part-time Housekeeper With Own Private Suite

We are a senior couple offering a part-time live-in housekeeper position in our warm and beautiful home in Brampton, conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and transit, and just a short drive to Highway 410 and Brampton Civic Hospital. This arrangement includes a private furnished bedroom and living room in the basement, with a shared kitchen and bathroom with one other person. All utilities, high-speed internet, and laundry are included. In exchange for free rent, we are looking for help approximately 15 hours per week, five days a week, with a flexible schedule. The preferred times are middle of the day and evenings on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. The start date is August 15, 2026. Main responsibilities include housekeeping and daily home support such as cleaning the inside of the home and immediate outdoor areas, kitchen cleaning, laundry, bed making, linen changing, meal preparation and service, dinner cleanup, occasional cooking and serving for family or guests, and caring for our two friendly cats, especially when we are away. As we travel frequently and spend extended time at our Florida home, there will be periods when the focus is mainly on maintaining the house and looking after the cats. We are hoping to find a mature, responsible, clean and tidy single lady with experience in housekeeping and cooking, who would appreciate a quiet and friendly home environment. This opportunity would suit someone looking for a place to call home while helping around the house on a part-time basis. A driver’s license is not required. References are required.
