Director of Asset Management Client Services

Oversee investor delivery operations and ensure top-notch service quality in a fast-paced financial setting. Your leadership will guide the team in managing client interactions and deliverables efficiently. As the Director, you will report to the Head of Operations and be responsible for managing tasks related to investor registration, reporting, and cash handling. You'll engage with clients, addressing inquiries while complying with service agreements. Additionally, you will support management's goals and encourage a collaborative team culture that aligns with core organizational values. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and quality of investor deliverables
• Respond promptly to client questions and escalate issues
• Contribute insights during team meetings and discussions
• Assist in departmental projects and risk management strategies
• Uphold the company’s core values in daily interactions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Relevant financial services experience preferred
• Insight into investor services processes an advantage
• Established customer service background highly regarded
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
