Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities- Enter customer data and maintain accurate records in the company database- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills- Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus- Proven ability to upsell products and services- Proficient in data entry and computer skills- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
