This role calls for a skilled researcher to conduct detailed experiments and A/B tests while analyzing telemetry data to uncover user patterns and pain points. Your insights will not only guide product roadmaps but also enhance Bing’s evolving SERP experiences.
Collaboration across teams is key to integrating research findings into actionable design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and report on quantitative UX research studies
- Analyze customer data to discover trends and improvement areas
- Develop storytelling artifacts and presentations for stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional partners to implement research insights
- Facilitate rapid experimentation in agile environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–7 years in quantitative UX research for consumer products
- Solid skills in data analysis and storytelling
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
- Experience with large-scale experimentation systems
