Assistant(e)-contrôleur(euse)L'un de nos clients est à la recherche d'un contrôleur adjoint pour soutenir la direction financière et administrative. La personne retenue participera à la coordination des activités comptables et financières de plusieurs entités du groupe et appuiera la direction dans l'ensemble de ses fonctions.Salaire : 80-90k selon l'expérienceAvantages : horaire entre 32-40h/semaine (sera défini au préalable), assurances collectives, 4 semaines de vacances (CCQ), REER collectif, etc.ResponsabilitésContribuer à la préparation de la documentation financière mensuelle, tant pour des besoins internes qu'externesAssurer la gestion des fins de mois et le cycle comptable complet pour plusieurs sociétésEffectuer le calcul de la paie et gérer les paiements aux fournisseursPrendre en charge les remises gouvernementales, incluant les déductions à la source et les taxes à la consommationVeiller au respect des exigences réglementaires applicablesMettre en place et maintenir des contrôles internes adaptés aux besoins et à la croissance de l'organisationPréparer les dossiers requis dans le cadre des audits annuels de plusieurs entitésExigencesDiplôme universitaire reconnu en comptabilité5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire (cycle complet)Bilinguisme essentiel, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour des échanges réguliers avec des intervenants anglophones à l'extérieur du QuébecExcellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des prioritésLeadership, initiative et sens des responsabilitésPour en savoir plus sur notre approche et découvrir nos opportunités, visitez notre site : masculin est utilisé seulement dans le but d'alléger le texte.Artemis offre des services de recrutement de haute qualité, spécialisés en comptabilité et en finance, pour des postes temporaires et permanents.
