Senior Manager Customer Account Growth

Elevate your career as the Senior Manager of Customer Account Management at Swapcard, focusing on strategic growth across global portfolios. Drive engagement and deliver +20% growth through innovative strategies. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee a team of Customer Account Managers across North America and EMEA. Your mission includes redefining growth strategies for a robust portfolio of 500+ events, ensuring renewals while fostering upsell opportunities. With your hands-on coaching and strong analytical skills, you will shape the sales process while safeguarding established client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand the Customer Account Manager team
  • Develop account-based growth strategies for major clients
  • Coach and support the team during live customer calls
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance
  • Align efforts with Marketing and other departments
Requirements:
  • 7 to 10+ years in account management roles
  • Proven track record in leading distributed teams
  • Strong data management and analytical skills
  • Experience with account-based strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in English
