YOU WILL:
-Provide leadership to Mgrs & staff
-Develop/retain key talent
-Collaborate w/Sales Mgr & GM on key accounts
-Execute branch business, sales & marketing plans
-Manage annual goals/budgets, branch reputation, values & vision
-Manage staffing & employee development
-Build/maintain relationships with internal/external partners
-Oversee branch maintenance, security & appearance

YOU HAVE:
-Education in Business, Marketing or related field, education/exp may be considered
-3+ years mgmt experience in increasingly responsible roles
-Exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills
-In-depth knowledge of ag industry, John Deere/competitive products
-Willingness to work flexible hours & travel as needed
-Valid drivers license
