Financial Leader Plant Controller Prescott

Drive financial performance as a Plant Controller in Prescott, ON. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for optimized operations and profitability. In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of the plant leadership team. Responsible for preparing departmental budgets and forecasts, you'll provide financial oversight for inventory and ensure compliance with corporate standards. With your expertise, you will analyze operational variances to support productivity savings and maintain cost standards for all products. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing variances and provide insights
- Support Plant Management in achieving productivity savings
- Prepare departmental and plant-wide budgets and forecasts
- Manage physical inventory counts with financial oversight
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with corporate procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of plant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost accounting
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Professional certification (CPA, CGMA, CMA) preferred
