DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne qui prend plaisir à aider les clients à réussir — et qui est fière d'assumer la responsabilité de cette expérience du début à la fin.
En tant que Spécialiste en implantation et soutien ERP , vous serez un point de contact clé pour nos clients, les guidant tout au long du processus d'intégration, du démarrage et du soutien quotidien. Vous travaillerez avec une bonne dose d'autonomie, ce qui vous permettra de prendre des décisions, de résoudre des problèmes de façon indépendante et d'avoir un impact réel sur la façon dont les clients vivent notre produit.
Ce poste convient parfaitement à quelqu'un de naturellement proactif, à l'aise en télétravail, et stimulé par la variété des défis liés au travail d'implantation en contact direct avec les clients. Vous êtes du genre à toujours chercher des façons plus intelligentes de faire les choses — que ce soit en tirant parti des derniers outils d'IA, en améliorant un processus ou en trouvant une solution plus rapide.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:
Soutien aux clients et gestion des relations
- Agir comme point de contact principal pour les clients par téléphone, courriel et clavardage — en traitant les demandes et en résolvant les problèmes avec professionnalisme et souci du client
- Bâtir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients grâce à des communications proactives et régulières
- Recueillir les informations pertinentes pour évaluer les préoccupations des clients, identifier les causes et assurer des résolutions rapides
- Escalader les problèmes de façon appropriée et assurer le suivi jusqu'à la résolution complète
- Offrir des formations sur les produits qui sont claires, pratiques et adaptées aux besoins de chaque client
- Maintenir les dossiers du CRM à jour et exacts
Intégration et implantation de nouveaux clients
- Jouer un rôle central dans l'intégration des nouveaux clients — de l'évaluation initiale des besoins jusqu'au démarrage
- Configurer le système ERP en fonction des flux opérationnels et des exigences de chaque client
- Participer à la préparation, au nettoyage et à l'importation des données à l'aide d'Excel, de fichiers CSV et d'outils assistés par IA — en étant à l'aise d'expérimenter de nouvelles technologies pour travailler plus efficacement
- Soutenir les clients dans la préparation et la validation de leur inventaire lors des fins de semaine de démarrage
- Se déplacer chez les clients pour offrir un soutien en implantation et en formation sur place
- Résoudre les problèmes en temps réel lors du démarrage et assurer une expérience fluide dès le Jour 1
- Transmettre les commentaires des clients aux équipes produit et développement afin d'améliorer la plateforme
- Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus d'intégration et du matériel de formation au fil du temps
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES
- 2 ans ou plus d'expérience avec des systèmes ERP, en soutien logiciel ou dans les opérations de l'aftermarket automobile
- Expérience dans des rôles en contact avec les clients nécessitant de la formation, de l'implantation ou du soutien technique
- Expérience en centre d'appels ou en soutien applicatif
- Participation à des projets d'implantation ou d'intégration logicielle, un atout
- Expérience dans l'industrie de l'aftermarket automobile, un atout
- Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit)
Compétences techniques
- Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et aisance avec les données structurées (formules, manipulation de données, importations et exportations)
- Bonne compréhension des systèmes de gestion d'inventaire et des opérations de détail
- Familiarité avec les outils d'intelligence artificielle pour la productivité et l'analyse
- Connaissance en informatique dans un environnement Windows, un atout

MODE DE TRAVAIL ET DÉPLACEMENTS

- Déplacements périodiques chez les clients au Québec et en Ontario pour le soutien à l'implantation et au démarrage

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients succeed — and who takes pride in owning that experience from start to finish.
As an ERP Implementation & Support Specialist , you'll be a key point of contact for our clients, guiding them through onboarding, go-live, and day-to-day support. You'll work with a fair amount of autonomy, which means you'll have the space to make decisions, solve problems independently, and make a real difference in how clients experience our product.
This role is a great fit for someone who is naturally proactive, comfortable working remotely, and energized by the variety of challenges that come with client-facing implementation work. You're the kind of person who is always looking for smarter ways to get things done — whether that means leveraging the latest AI tools, improving a process, or finding a faster path to resolution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary support contact for clients via phone, email, and chat — handling inquiries and resolving issues with care and professionalism
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular outreach and proactive communication
- Gather relevant information to assess client concerns, identify root causes, and drive timely resolutions
- Escalate issues appropriately and follow through to ensure clients are fully supported
- Deliver product training that is clear, practical, and tailored to each client's needs
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
New Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Play a central role in onboarding new clients — from initial needs assessment through to go-live
- Configure the ERP system based on each client's operational workflows and requirements
- Assist with data preparation, cleansing, and imports using Excel, CSV files, and AI-assisted tools — you're comfortable experimenting with new technology to work more efficiently
- Support clients with inventory preparation and validation during go-live weekends
- Travel on-site to client locations to deliver hands-on implementation and training support
- Troubleshoot issues in real time during go-live and ensure a smooth Day 1 experience
- Share client feedback with product and development teams to help improve the platform
- Contribute ideas for improving onboarding processes and training materials over time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in ERP systems, software support, or automotive aftermarket operations
- Experience in client-facing roles involving training, implementation, or technical support
- Background in call center or application support environments
- Involvement in software onboarding or implementation projects is a strong asset
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is a strong asset
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data (formulas, imports, exports, data manipulation)
- Understanding of inventory systems and retail operations
- Familiarity with AI productivity and analysis tools
- IT knowledge in a Windows environment is an asset
