DÉFI
Afin de soutenir le directeur service aux membres dans la satisfaction de la clientèle, vous devrez jouer un rôle de première ligne dans l’accueil des membres et clients et dans l’accompagnement de leurs transactions lorsqu'ils se présentent en personne dans les lieux d'affaires. Dans le but d'assurer une prise en charge complète des besoins de nos membres et clients, l'agent service aux membres devra également prendre en charge les appels provenant de notre centre de contact client (téléphonie).Entièrement à l’écoute du client, vous leur proposerez les meilleures solutions transactionnelles et les référerez aux bonnes personnes pour répondre à leurs besoins en épargne, en financement et en assurance. Lors des transactions, vous aurez à faire preuve de rigueur et de vigilance dans le traitement, la préparation, la vérification et l’enregistrement des pièces correspondantes et du numéraire.
EXIGENCES
La personne recherchée est détenteur d'un diplôme en techniques administratives et possède de six (6) mois à une (1) année d'expérience en services financiers ou en service à la clientèle. Toute équivalence en formation et expérience sera considérée. Maîtrise des deux langues officielles.
