Lynn Creek Community Branch Manager

Vancity seeks a Branch Manager at its Lynn Creek location, committed to delivering exceptional member experiences and driving operational success. This role involves strategic planning and team leadership.
As a full-time, permanent Branch Manager, you will spearhead community engagement and oversee operational excellence. Candidates must have at least three years of management experience in the financial sector, alongside demonstrated business development success. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on financial performance targets
• Coordinate high-quality service offerings
• Enhance visibility and growth in the community
• Mentor staff to elevate member service
• Identify operational efficiencies for enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in people management
• 5+ years in financial industry roles
• Proven business development track record
• Strong product knowledge of Vancity offerings
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
