Elevate children's mental health service delivery as Vanier’s Senior Leader in Data Strategy, Analytics, and Quality. Promote quality improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Join Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness to lead a high-performing quality team in a full-time capacity. This executive position requires strategic oversight in data collection, quality management, and client engagement initiatives. Collaborate with other leaders to implement effective practices that enhance the well-being of children and families in Southwestern Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead quality improvement strategies and projects
• Manage data reporting for program evaluation
• Facilitate client engagement in quality initiatives
• Oversee compliance with accreditation standards
• Lead the development of strategic plans with partners
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health, social sciences, or MBA
• 5 years in health planning and quality roles
• Proven senior leadership experience
• Proficient in data analytics tools
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
